Contact Us
Your message, our side
When you send the form, your details go directly to the people who run this site, not to the casino. We read every submission ourselves, and we do not pass your contact information on to Loot or to any other operator. The message stays between you and the editorial team unless you explicitly ask us to forward it.
What you write helps us in two ways. First, if you have spotted an error in a review, a stale bonus figure or a broken link, we can correct it. Second, if you have played at Loot and hit something we have not covered, your experience tells us what to investigate next. Feedback about the website itself is treated as a maintenance request: we check the claim, fix what is wrong and keep the review accurate.
Getting a useful answer
To give you a reply that actually helps, include the essentials. Name the specific page or game you are asking about, and describe what happened in plain order: what you did, what you expected, and what you got instead. If your question concerns a withdrawal, a bonus or wagering, mention the relevant terms as you understood them. Screenshots are welcome, though you will need to attach them after sending.
A message that says only “your review is wrong” leaves us guessing. One that says “the wagering section on the Loot welcome bonus says thirty times, but the casino site shows forty” lets us check both sides and tell you which one is current. The more concrete you are, the less back-and-forth the conversation needs.
What we do not do
We cannot act as a mediator or a complaints body. If you have a dispute with Loot over a payment or an account, the casino’s own support and its formal complaints process are the right route, and we can point you to them. We also will not chase the operator on your behalf, and we cannot speed up a withdrawal or change a bonus term.
We keep the conversation confidential. We will not publish your name, your message or your situation without your permission, and we will not use your details for marketing. If you ask a question we cannot answer because it involves your specific account, we will say so plainly rather than guess.
How long replies take
We answer as quickly as the queue allows, and we treat every message in the order it arrives. Complex questions about bonus terms or disputed payments can take longer because we verify facts before we respond. If your matter is urgent, say so in the first line; that helps us prioritise without promising a fixed turnaround.
If you are raising a concern about your own play, we take that seriously. We would rather hear about it than have you sit on it, and we will respond with the same care we give any other question. Whatever you send, the point is the same: we use it to make the reviews sharper and the next player better informed.
